Turkish poetry is a product of a deep-rooted tradition stretching from Central Asia to Anatolia. Within this tradition, the geography of the Turkic world appears not merely as a physical space but as a universe of meaning in which a shared history, culture, and sense of identity are carried into poetic language. However, the cultural ruptures brought about by political borders have at times disrupted the continuity of this tradition. İbrahim Terzioğlu is one of the distinctive poets who responds to this rupture through his poetry, approaching the Turkic world not as an imagined ideal but as a lived, internalized, and inherited sense of belonging.

This study aims to examine the Turkic world-themed poems in Terzioğlu's seven poetry collections through a thematic approach. The themes of geographical imagination, historical memory and civilizational consciousness, cultural continuity and symbolic systems, and linguistic unity and longing for the Turkic world, which emerge prominently in his poems, are analyzed through direct examples, revealing the poetic reflections of Terzioğlu's vision of the Turkic world.
